I have a mission, and a mission statement:
I am on a mission to bridge the gap between spirituality and music. My music reflects a deep respect for a much more subtle energy that dictates who we really are, as opposed to who we think we are.
As I audition for the human stage, I am also singing to the Divine stage, where we just have to be who we are.
I performed music in Atlanta, Orlando, and NY. I did a piano/vocal act when piano bars were numerous, and chic. I also managed to survive 25 years of teaching music in the NYC schools, and lived to tell the story.
All that I write is a reflection of a deep love and reverence of family, both in the biological sense, and the spiritual sense.
What I feel is my life purpose, is to awaken both myself, and the world to the link that occurs naturally between music, and spirit. I think I've always known that I'm not alone when I sing, and play piano. The songs that are being written are in essence, channeled from the Goddess, and Archangel Realm. As they come through me, I am healed. So, the natural progression is for me to use the music to heal others.
What also cannot be ignored is the lyric that accompanies the music. While we are having this very human experience, words are a necessary part of our communication, both with ourselves, and with the “external” world. What I channel are the best words to describe the experience that the music sets up on a spiritual and emotional level. It is a challenge that I take on with a deep respect for what will transform me, and anyone else who chooses to go on this journey with me.
